Wii U wont play dvd`s or blue ray`s

When i bought my Nintendo Wii i were disappointed when i found out that Wii would not play dvd`s. then i bought my Xbox360 and it played dvd`s very well so i used it in my home theater system, that was why my xbox360 was plugged and ready always .
i think when a company want to produce a good product it should make the product perfect, a very simple option like playing videos may change many many thing in the usage of it.

Nintendo’s Announcements

All sites and blogs says that nintendo`s new products are amazing and it will own the market again.

i am a big fan of nintendo but i dont find out what is the andvantages of these new products.

please tell me what is so interesting in these products.

New Playstation TV lets 2 people see different views

This is so interesting but i dont know if its also support 3d or not, because when we use 3d we split a high frequency screen in two but if we use this technology plus 3d we have to split the screen in four and it will make troubles with brightness.
